Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Perishable goods
• Customized or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
